Recently, we started a new cooperation with Prince real estate group after the last Prince Golden Bay project.

During the past year, we had a pleasant cooperation which brings us this new cooperation opportunity.

The new project is called Prince Seaside No.1. The project covers an area of 46600㎡ and it’s laid on the beautiful coastline on the south side of Sihanoukville.

The Prince Seaside No.1 Project is committed to creating a vibrant night market commercial district. The beach night market can provide large-scale corporate activities such as group building, community activities, company brand promotion evenings, company appreciation evenings, and beach parties.

The second phase of the project has been planned and designed for various activities such as marine performances and water sports.

Ecotrend’s participation in Prince Seaside No.1 project

The project total building area is more than 20,000 ㎡. As the owner’s planned project schedule, the project needs complete the construction within 2 months then put into use.

In order to catch the project schedule, the project owner chose the Ecotrend 120mm AAC panel as its wall material. They carried out the construction of the main structure and the secondary structure simultaneously.

By using Ecotrend’s AAC panel as building wall material, it could shorten the construction period by around a half.
