The First Batch of AAC Blocks were Successfully Produced

After struggling for over a month, the adjustments of all equipments have been finished. All Ecotrend employees are in position for the formal production operation. On August 28th, 2019, an unforgettable day, beautiful weather and happy mood, with the sound of the blender running, the first batch of Ecotrend AAC blocks went into production.

Raw materials mixing

Ecotrend AAC block is made of fine quartz sand (fly ash, river sand and other siliceous materials), cement, and lime as main raw materials, aluminum powder as a foaming agent, through the process of ingredients, mixing, pouring, procuring, cutting, and curing under the high temperature (180℃～200℃) high pressure (10 to 12 standard atmospheric pressure).

Ecotrend AAC block has excellent performance on fireproof, anti-corrosion, thermal insulation, anti-seismic, sound insulation, high strength, eco-friendly, etc. It is a new lightweight green wall material with superior performance.
