CHD's project in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, is to build a 700000kw Coal Fires Power Plant with an investment of 1.29 billion dollar, and an estimated annual generating capacity of 4.6 billion kilowatt hours. Huadian's investment of thermal power project will greatly alleviate the current situation of power shortage in Cambodia; meanwhile, it also creates lots of new jobs for local people.
