The Installation Process of Ecotrend AAC External Wall Panel System

1. The main installation accessories

a) Hook Bolt

The connection mode: Welding

 

Ecotrend AAC wall panel can be installed horizontally or vertically.

 

2. The basic installation condition

a) Long angle iron, Leveling angle iron, Reinforcing angle, and the welding of strutting piece

 

 

 

3. Transporting the Ecotrend AAC external wall panels to the operating radius of the crane

 

4. Lay out wall lines according to construction drawings

5. Drilling in the Ecotrend AAC panel

 

6. Lifting the Ecotrend AAC panel to the installation area by crane

 

7. Installing the hook bolt and welding, do not forget apply the anti-rust paint to welding area

 

8. Strutting pieces are added every 3 to 5 panels according to span requirements

 

9. Repair the bolt holes and joints with the waterproof sealant

 

10. Coating the waterproof mortar on the façade

11. Making water proof putty or exterior decoration
